Made from natural Fair Trade Rubber (latex) the Fitness Bands are available in 3 strengths (light, medium and strong) for a variety of fitness exercises. Each band has the dimensions 150cm (length) x 12.5cm (width) and varies in thickness to suit your workout (light – 0.16mm, Medium – 0.25mm, Strong – 0.35mm).
